CHAMBER MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
Advanced Communications and Electric, Inc.
1114 West 41st Street, Tulsa OK
Larry LaFave originally began Advanced Communications and Electric as Lightning Electric in 1991. Specializing in heavy industrial construction and commercial remodels, Advanced Communications and Electric designs projects, retrofits, and maintains existing work. Whether you need electrical service established, computer networks or telephone systems, Larry and crew can serve as your one stop shop. They even design air conditioning systems, fire suppression systems and outdoor lighting systems.
When Larry changed the name of the company to Advanced Communications and Electric in 1996, he was working for companies like Sinclair Oil, Marathon Oil and Coffeyville Resources (Refinery). He has worked for Holly Frontier since they acquired Sinclair and recently finished work on the new Southwest Tulsa Chamber office in Crystal City. In addition to work in Kansas, ACE has clients all over the state of Oklahoma and into Arkansas.
Ken LaFave, Larry’s father, came to work for him when Larry was injured in a motorcycle accident in 2004. Ken had employed his son back in the days of the OTASCO Store in Crystal City and would now return the favor. Ken worked with his son every day after until the day he passed away on January 13, earlier this year.
Quality, reliability and integrity characterize the company’s well-deserved excellent reputation. Why not give this new Chamber member your support when you expand or relocate your business?
