American Heritage Bank has Deep
Roots in West Side Community

Bank Named Southwest Tulsa’s Large Business of the Year

American Heritage Bank has been a family owned bank since 1905. In the last 112 years, AHB has grown to 20 branches serving 15 communities in Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, Tulsa, and Washington Counties. They are known for their reputation of investing in the neighborhoods, schools, and businesses in their area. AHB believes in building strong relationships with their customers and communities. Whether it’s sponsoring local events or sports teams, supplying its employees to volunteer and serve with local agencies and organizations, neighborhood beautifications, or nonprofit involvement with the United Way or the Salvation Army, American Heritage Bank is highly visible and makes a positive impact in the communities they serve.

American Heritage Bank has been instrumental in the economic development of Southwest Tulsa. Their branch at 71st and Union is continually bringing new businesses and helping existing businesses grow along the highway 75 corridor. In Town West, American Heritage Bank is dedicated to revitalizing that area. The Polson Industrial Park is filling up fast, bringing hundreds of new jobs to the region. Final construction of the Gilcrease Expressway is set to commence, completing a highway loop from the Turner Turnpike to the existing Gilcrease Expressway. This monumental project would not be possible without the diligence and resolve of AHB’s chairman, Guy Berry.

American Heritage Bank is a perennial champion of development to the Southwest Chamber. At the January 21st Southwest Tulsa Community Awards, the bank was presented with the Southwest Tulsa Large Business of 2016 award and was also recognized by the U.S. Congressional Office of Representative Jim Bridenstine.
